A two bedroomed holiday home comprising one double & one twin bedroom, each with lovely sea views.
The living room has seating for four people with a large picture window providing both sea and rural views.
There's a large open plan kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, and microwave.
Also, there's a dining room for four.
The bathroom has a large shower enclosure and heated towel rail.
Modern technical features provided, including FreeSat HDTV, Freeview DTV, 3G WiFi hotspot, and a laptop PC with internet access.
A separate dining room seats four and contains a small cloakroom/broom cupboard housing other household items such as iron and board, vacuum cleaner, and clothes airers etc.
All rooms heated by electric convector heaters and oil-filled radiator.
To the outside, there is a decked balcony with seating for four, providing more spectacular views of Porthallow Cove, Falmouth Bay and the Roseland peninsular beyond.
Below the apartment is a grassed picnic & children's play area with picnic tables, swing and climbing frame, above is a private car parking space, with access to the apartment through a small garden by steps with handrail.
There is also a communal coin operated laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

Please note that access is via two sets of steps with handrails from the private parking area. Suitable for elderly but not for the frail or infirm.

Porthallow beach is less than a five minute walk, which is also the mid-way point of south west coastal path. Helford river estuary 10 minute drive away and sandy beach at Coverack approximately 3 miles away. The Lizard and the peninsular about a 15 minute drive.
Notes on prices:
Please note that the price for short breaks (min stay 3 nights) is pro rata +10%. Where a short break falls over a weekend (eg, Thursday thro' Monday) there is a 50% surcharge on the weekly rate (pro rata).
Payment preferred by bank transfer, international bank transfer in GBP, by personal cheque, or lastly by PayPal, details of which will be provided upon your reservation instructions.
Saturday, but flexible upon your requirements. Access is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and we kindly request that the premises are vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
A 20% deposit is required at time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
