A beautifully presented luxury holiday home situated within a small complex of houses directly next door to The Glendorgal Hotel, having fantastic views across Porth Beach below and out over the sea. Ideal for family holidays and the most perfect base if you are having your wedding reception at The Glendorgal Hotel. Surfside is only a couple of minutes walk from Lusty Glaze Adventure Beach with fantastic facilities for families.Surfside is dog friendly and has been equipped for year round use and to a very high specification. The attention to detail makes this property hard to beat. It is completely self-contained, with wooden floors throughout and fully equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable self catering holiday. Dining table with seating for 8 people. iPod docking station. •Outside hot shower (perfect for rinsing off after being on the beach)•Lower Ground Floor - Bedroom with double bed and single bunk beds•Lower Ground Floor - Utility Room with large American fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Bathroom with WC and double basins •Stairs leading up to the Ground Floor. Please note there is no handrail on this stairwell, take care with small children and elderly guests•Ground Floor - Lounge with patio doors opening onto the decking area, uninterrupted sea views. Flat screen TV with dvd player and 3 large sofas and internet connection. •Ground Floor - Cloakroom with WC and basin•First Floor - Master bedroom with super king bed and en suite shower room, WC and basin. Within a few minutes walk there is a Tesco Express and a small shopping complex at Chester Road together with several hotels offering meals to non-residents.
