9 Sandpiper is a modern luxury beachfront property situated at the front of a small development on beautiful Porth Beach, Cornwall, offering breathtaking uninterrupted views of the beach and coastline beyond. The accomodation is set over 2 levels with the living area on the top floor to take advantage of the views via a 4m wide patio window and balcony. The top floor is set out as an open plan living space including a lounge, dining area and kitchen, which is equipped to the highest levels. New kitchen appliances include Bosch oven, microwave, washer dryer, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and the lounge has a corner sofa, feature chair and entertainment unit. Unlimited broadband and wireless technology give guests access to online TV via Smart TV's or in the lounge a Smart bluray DVD player. A Wii games console and 50 family DVD's are included along with traditional board games and books. The ground level, consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite shower room and patio doors leading to a private outside area with wonderful views across the beach. The second bedroom can be set up as a twin or zipped super king bedroom. Both have a Smart TV on the wall. The third bedroom has built in bunks, with full size 3ft mattresses and storage areas. Outside is private parking with your own designated parking spot, a shared seating area overlooking the beach and a large communal storage area ideal for surf boards, kayaks, deck chairs and beach equipment. This storage area also has a cold shower facility for after sea wash down.

There are, also, local buses and numerous taxi services on hand too!

Fabulous comfortable apartment that is fully equipped. Stunning outlook over Porth beach. 45 minutes walk into Newquay. Estella Morada tapas restaurant on hand. We'll definitely stay here again.

“Location, Location , Location !!!!”

Wow! Where do I start? The location could not be bettered as its literally yards from a safe sandy beach. The views from lounge are stunning. I took endless photos of sunsets... We were a family of 3 generations and my 2 grand daughters 5 and 8 years adored it here. They paddled and made sand castles and tried to surf, yards from the house. The house is luxurious and had everything you need. Fantastic kitchen , even the hob had remote for the extractor fan and lighting. Beds extremely comfortable and bathrooms well fitted. There is a pub on the beach, an excellent Tapas bar, a tea house and two cafes, excellent for such a small place. Would recommend to anyone . You won't be disappointed!

The whole property is finished to an amazing standard and seemed to have just about everything that you could ever dream of wanting, comfortably sleeping 6. Location is super- right on the beach and far enough away from Newquay itself while only being a short walk away. Honestly have no idea how we were able to afford this place!

“A week in porth”

This was amazing time in porth in a lovely house that was so close to the beach. The views morning through to night were amazing. The house is stylish and has everything you could possibly want home from home and is kept to a very high level. We will be going again and again as my whole family had the best time ever.

Absolutely perfect, house had everything we needed for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The welcome package was most welcome, beds really comfy being right on the beach we all enjoyed lazy mornings, no rushing and beautiful sunsets. The cage for storing wet gear was perfect. 20 minute stroll into Newquay which was ideal, the 2 older girls could go on their own and spend their holiday money! Lusty glaze a short walk away and down lots! of steps was gorgeous had a fun day with hired surf boards and we treated ourselves to a wonderful dinner on our final night. The weather was brilliant so my plans for exploring cornwall because "it's bound to rain" consisted of beaches and rock pools perfect - we will have to come back to discover more

How do damage deposits work?

If Joanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
