Newly built and completed in June 2009, this first floor apartment enjoys an idyllic sea front location, just yards from the family-friendly beach. Luxuriously built and finished to the highest specification it offers beautiful Atlantic views from a private south-facing balcony with fully-folding balcony doors.
Porth is a quiet stunning bay perfectly situated between livelier Newquay and upmarket Watergate Bay, with Jamie Oliver's restaurant Fifteen, and numerous other sandy beaches close by.
The apartment is located at the end of the block and enjoys a quiet location. In addition to the balcony, to the rear of the property there is a small private yard accessed directly from the apartment. The apartment is furnished in a contemporary but comfortable style, offering modern facilities all within a stones throw of the beach.
Ideally positioned for children as Porth Beach is a quiet and sheltered beach with rock pools and a freshwater stream at low tide.
Enjoy a stroll to Lusty Glaze beach with its adventure sports, just 500m away, or stroll along the coastal path to Watergate Bay or Newquay.

The Cornwall region
The North Cornwall coastline is stunning to explore with beautiful scenery and beaches along the length of the Coast. Activities include walking along the South West coast path, cycling on the Camel trail and swimming and surfing at the wide choice of beaches.
The area is experiencing a food revolution with Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant close by at Watergate Bay, Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant at Padstow and the Gurnard’s Head near St. Ives.
The delightful harbour town of Padstow is within easy reach and ever popular St Ives to the south. All the other attractions of Cornwall are easily accessible including the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo and Lands End.
Porth beach is a family friendly beach with a lifeguard during peak season and the benefit of being sheltered by headlands. At low tide, there is a freshwater stream. Porth Island can be explored from the coastal path and has beautiful views and sunsets.
Stunning beaches surround Porth including Fistral, Lusty Glaze, Whipsiderry and Watergate Bay and are ideal for surfing.
Newquay golf course is 2.5 miles away with views over Fistral Beach. Trevose Golf Club is 10 miles away.
A beach cafe, convenience store and family-friendly pub are both yards away.

"Perfect family location."
I would highly recommend this apartment. The views from the balcony are stunning and I could sit there watching my children playing on the beach. The place itself is fantastic. Very modern and exceptionally clean. Every single thing you could possibly want was there. Very highly recommended.
Thank you for such a great review. We love spending time there and I am really pleased that you and your family enjoyed the apartment and location as much as we all do.
