This is a comfortable bungalow furnished to a high standard. There is a digital flatscreen TV with 30 channels. There is a private enclosed back garden. This is in a quiet private estate. It is located 2 minutes walk from a local spar supermarket and the Bushmills distillery. There are takeaways, restaurants, post office, bars, co-op supermarket, coffee shops , the river Bush and the Watermill in the village of Bushmills 5 minutes walk away. 5 minutes walk to train to Giants Causeway.

I mile from Port Ballintrae strand.

2 miles from Dunluce castle, white rocks beach and World Heritage Giants Causeway. 5 Miles from Portrush beaches and nite clubs. 7 miles from the town of Coleraine with ASDA, Tesco, Band Q, Argos retailers and swimming pools.
