This beautiful gulf-front home recently been renovated and is just steps from the beach. Enjoy your coffee on the large deck or cook up a gourmet meal in the kitchen while watching the dolphins jump in and out of the water right before your eyes. Take a walk on the sugar sand beach and then wash your feet off with the outdoor shower before coming in. Enjoy unobstructed views down this quiet tranquil beach. Enjoy fishing, playing in the sand or just soaking in the sun.

EACH EQUIPMENT/GEAR INCLUDED - Chairs, Boogie Boards, Sand toys, etc.

The home has high speed 200 mbp cable TV, wifi, telephone, and everything else you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. There is a 2nd home on this large 100 ft wide lot that is also available for rent. This beachfront home has a new living room sectional, new dining room table with seating for 8 and a new outdoor sectional. sit and enjoy your coffee on the large deck in the morning or the amazing sunset in the evening. This home is only steps from the white sandy beaches. There are stables just around the corner to rent horses to ride on the beach. This is a pet friendly house on a pet friendly beach. There are no condos in this area so the beaches are just used by homes right along the beach. The area is quiet and relaxing. Enjoy a great afternoon scallop fishing in the nearby bay or take a short drive into Port St Joe or Apalachicola to enjoy great restaurants, antique shops or quaint little shops. There are great national parks near by or a marina where you can set up a trip to go fishing. If you just want a quiet day in, sit on the deck and watch for the dolphins or go down to the white sandy beach to make a sand castle or curl up with a book. We provide lots of games to enjoy with friends or family at night. This is that great vacation spot you just can't find any more. No crowds, no crazy noise, just the sound of the waves from the gulf and birds chirping. Get away and remember what it is really like to just relax and unwind.

We do not live in the area, but have a team of people nearby to help if needed. We are also available by phone almost 24/7 for any emergency needs you may have.

Other things to note

We have two cottages on the same lot. Normally the homes in the area have 50 foot lots and we have a 100 foot lot so basically two lots in one. The houses are completely separate. They don't share any walls. There is a small section of the deck that shares with the cottage next door because we are only allowed to have one beach access per property. So, the two homes are separate and then you walk down the staircase and the boardwalk leads out to the ocean. These two houses can be rented together is they are both available. This is perfect for a large family or two families that want to vacation together.

House rules

The person booking the house needs to be over 25 and be present every night of the rental. No fraternities, spring break college students or special events without prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 6 guest. Pets are allowed with a fee of $50 per pet. Quit hours are after 10:30 PM. Please do not play loud music on the deck or have a loud party that will disturb neighbors.
