Description from owner

On the waterside in Port Navas, an attractive, stone-built, Victorian semi-detached cottage with fabulous views along the pretty wooded creek. Access to creek (tidal, stone steps down, care needed) and use of mooring for your boat/dinghy (max. 14') directly in front of the cottage. From tiny back yard (covered well), 20 steps (handrails) climb steeply up the garden to two enclosed suntrap terraces (one lawned, one paved, with picnic bench, log store, access to rear lane/footpath) with creek glimpses over rooftops.

Inside, newly refurbished/equipped (2013), smartly done, interesting old photos/paintings. Slate-floored kitchen/dining room (slimline dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, iPod dock) with stable doors to garden. Comfy living room (TV/DVD, woodburner) with lovely outlook over the creek. Upstairs, enjoying the same serene creek views, a double bedroom (5' bed, washbasin); at the back, a neat room with two single beds. Smallish bathroom (suite plus bath-shower).
