GENERAL

- Partial views of the coastline and out to sea

- Set in a slightly elevated position above Port Isaac

- One of a small row of former coastguard cottages set in a sheltered courtyard

- Parking for one car directly outside the property

GROUND FLOOR

- Entrance lobby with cloaks cupboard

- Fully fitted kitchen/diner with dining table and chairs

- Sitting room with comfortable lounge seating arranged before the multi fuel burner

UPSTAIRS

- Modern shower room W.C. with heated towel rail

- Two bedrooms each with a wash basin

- Double bedroom

- Master bedroom with the choice of a 6ft super king or 3ft zip linked twin beds

- Both bedrooms have oblique views over the village, headland and sea

- First floor French door opens to a stoutly built wooden bridge leading out to the enclosed rear garden

- Steps up to a sloping lawn and a decked patio with views over the cottage rooftops
