Sun Villa is located on the shore of the Indian Ocean, in the sea side village of Seaview, just a 15 min drive to the city of Port Elizabeth.

Seaview is popular with locals and visitors alike due to its friendly and relaxed atmosphere, stunning views and its proximity to 4 sandy, unspoilt beaches. Only 10 minute walk / 1 minutes drive to amenities (cash point, chemist, bistro/bar, off-license, laundry) and a couple minutes walk to a local seaside restaurant.

Sun Villa is fully furnished and fitted with everything you require for a self catering holiday, including washing machine and dishwasher.

With 4 queen bedrooms, 3 of which are ensuite, our holiday house is ideal for families, groups or couples looking for a relaxing break with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. All linen is 100% pure cotton and rooms are comfortably and tastefully furnished. We also have 2 double sleeper couches for kiddies. High chair and travel cot available by arrangement.

Our location makes it a perfect fishing and snorkeling spot. The swimming gullies are safe and we can advise you on the best time to swim and explore. This part of the coastline is home to an abundance of bird life, fish, Otters (you may be lucky enough to see them feeding right in front of Sun Villa in the evening), whales and dolphins. Pods of dolphins swimming past are an almost daily occurrence... a sight not to be missed! In the winter months our bay is home to whales; Southern Right and Humpback whales can be regularly seen from June - early December.

Due to our location in a peaceful seaside village no noise which disturbs our neighbours, day or night, is permitted. Due to the fact that we use 'live' booking sites dates cannot be held until the deposit has been paid and your booking is confirmed.

Why can't I call Tanya (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tanya (the owner) a message.

If Tanya (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
