This apartment in the center of Bandol, 2 minutes from the first beach, 10 maximun more distant, offers the opportunity to spend holidays without a car. Located 700 meters from Bandol train station, you have access to all the shops, restaurants bars, the 11 beaches of Bandol and all the activities offered by this charming Provencal village. A common terrace on the 6th offers a breathtaking view time of the aperitif or to be part of the privileged days of fireworks. Everyone who stayed there were happy, enjoyed the quality of the furniture and the general cleanliness of the apartment. A small luxurious cocoon for a moment of simplicity in paradise. * The Excelsior is an apartment for 4 persons fully air conditioned (lounge and bedroom)

* We wanted real comfort and chose to decline the quality at all levels.

* The kitchen is well equipped.

* A flat screen in each room.

* The bathroom is very functional. The shower is either normal (shower) or Italian (the ceiling).

* The decor is neat, with quality materials. * Cleanliness is a requirement.

* At night, the lights are cared for, a real quality bedding for the convertible sofa.

The bedroom is air-conditioned and also has are flat-screen and high-end bedding.

* The 140 bed has an excellent mattress. * Access to small balcony is possible through the bedroom and living room.

We have a cleaning requirement. You should find a very clean apartment, where every detail is neat. new dishes, new equipment regularly renewed.

There is a possibility to come with your machine

(Duvet cover, bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, summer cover).

There is possibility to rent all equipment on site € 20 per bed and 10 € per set of towels.

the apartment being particularly clean and neat, we ask that it be returned in the same condition. a refresher household is provided for this purpose, if there is more than 2 hours of cleaning we'll have to withhold overtime on bail. the linen hire is 20 € per bed, the kit of 2 towels 10 € a € 0.99 tax is required per person per day. Children under 16 are free.
