This open and spacious cottage is oozing with classic Florida charm and ready to host your next family getaway! Follow the terrazzo floors to the living room and unwind on the comfy furnishings while watching the cable TV.

Make your way to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious treats for the whole group. Serve up lunch at the 4-person breakfast table in the kitchen or the 4-person dining table and enjoy.

With full bellies, step outside to the private dock for a fun day on the water. Take your boat out, stay on the dock and drop a line, or jump into the refreshing water and swim the day away. End the day with a nightcap on the screened-in porch sharing highlights from the day.

With 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds, there's a cozy place for everyone to rest their heads. The master bedroom is highlighted by a flat-screen cable TV, water views, and en-suite bathroom.

Pack a lunch in the cooler and drive 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach Park to sink your toes in the sand. With beach chairs, an umbrella, and plenty of beach towels, you'll have everything you need for fun in the sun.

Plenty of activities abound just outside your front door. Drive 15 minutes to Charlotte Sports Park to watch the Stone Crabs play or book a tee time at one of the beautiful golf courses in the area. Just across the Peace River is the beautiful town of Punta Gorda with parks, stores, restaurants, museums, and more.

If you didn't bring your own boat along, there are plenty of marinas nearby where you can rent a boat for your stay. You can also visit companies like Beach Road Watersports to rent jet skis, kayaks, stand up paddleboards, and book tours or cruises.

Plan a day trip 1 hour north to Sarasota or 45 minutes south to Fort Myers for additional entertainment, museums, shopping and more. There's no limit to the fun that can be had with friends and family in Port Charlotte!
