Cosy cottage in a perfect location.

The house was built in 2000 and is placed on a hill of 10,000 m2. In a natural and peaceful environment.

A private path leads directly to the house with plenty of parking.

The architecture is unpretentious but offers all the comforts of a modern home in a pleasant atmosphere.

All units are spacious and bright.

The distribution on one level is very functional and the views are spectacular even from inside.

The entrance porch leads directly to the living room, where there are two double sofas, air conditioning, office desk, WIFI, satellite TV, DVD, etc.

The living room leads to the kitchen or bedrooms and two large windows leads to the terraces.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a table for six, microwave, oven, etc. It also has an open fireplace and many windows.

The master bedroom has two windows, a large closet and a bed of 2x1,6 m.

In the guest bedroom there are two single beds that can be joined, plus a wardrobe and shelves.

There is also a baby cot.

The house is located at 2.5 Km. from the town of Porreres where there are many shops and restaurants.

The situation is ideal for exploring the all island. The best beaches and the city of Palma or the airport are just 30 minutes away.

Instructions to get to the house will be sent upon reservation.

Usually the owner picks up guests at a meeting set in Porreres.

The owner lives in a neighboring house with independent access (not visible from the main house). Any questions or problems during the stay will be immediately addressed.

But the island offers much more than sun and sea. The interior of the island and the north mountains combines an amazing mixture of beautiful landscapes ideal for hiking or cycling. Also there are numerous points of cultural or historic interest.

Porreres

The area of Porreres preserves the authentic Majorca way of life, far from tourist centers. There is a weekly market every Tuesday. The Sanctuary of Montesion is an obligated visit as well is the prehistoric village of Son Fornes in Montuiri.
