Description

Exquisite, modern 3 bedroom Abi Beachcomber with a small veranda, Tastefully decorated to a high standard. It is double glazed and central heated. Parking for one car.

Lounge/dining area: The lounge has free standing furniture, comprising of 4 seater sofa and flat pad seat, coffee table, an attractive electric fire, 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. Dining table with four chairs. Patio doors lead out to a large sun deck and veranda which is equipped with table and chairs.

Kitchen: A spacious fully equipped kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, toaster, large fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils, plenty of cupboard space.

Master bedroom: This room has a double bed with fitted mattress protector. Fully fitted wardrobes with loads of cupboard and drawer space. A hairdryer is provided.

Twin Bedrooms: These rooms have twin beds with fitted mattress protectors, wardrobe and cupboard space.

Shower room: This room has a walk in shower, toilet and vanity basin, above there is a light and shaver socket. Ironing board and iron supplied as is a mop, bucket and a hoover.

Forget-Me-Not is dog friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.

FunWorks passes which give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. Park facilities open from Easter to End of October. WiFi can be bought from Havens Reception

Dorset has some of the best sandy beaches in the UK within a few miles of Rockley Park. Sandbanks, Studland Bay, Swanage, Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove are all just a short drive away and Bournemouth (Awarded best UK coastal resort 2013 - 8 miles) also has a wealth of beaches well worth a visit. Other attractions include: Poole Harbour and Quay Greyhound Racing and Speedway at Poole Stadium Weymouth & Portland - where the Olympic sailing took place in 2012 Abbotsbury Swannery Bournemouth Oceanarium The New Forest Farmer Palmers Farm Park Go Ape! Haven reception do not have keys for the caravan and you do not need to check in with them except to buy passes if required. If you need anything during your stay, please contact us. If you have a problem, please don't wait until you get home to complain. Please give us the chance to rectify it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
