Description

This stunning lodge, Monaco Duo, 40 foot by 16 foot, 3 bedrooms with extended glass balcony with views to the lakes with magnificent sunsets, an ideal family retreat.

Features within the lodge include: TV in all bedrooms; 40" TV & DVD with freeview in the living area; Free standing furniture; Dishwasher & washing machine in the kitchen; Island in the middle of the kitchen, family shower room and en-suite to the master.

The lodge is a spacious 3 bedroom in the most desirable location of Rockley Park, Poole, Dorset. It has own parking bay directly outside lodge. This lodge will make an excellent family retreat.

The French doors to the front of the lodge take you onto a wide safe glass veranda with outside furniture to relax. You are a few minutes (flat walk) away from main complex; the beach is sheltered and sandy – less than a 10 minute walk.

If you are looking for that luxurious holiday, you will find this in the central heating and double glazed lodge. This has lots of home to home features it has a wonderfully welcoming ambience as soon as you step inside. The space has been divided into two parts with living room, kitchen and dining area all open plan.

Kitchen Area - This has an open plan kitchen with an island in the middle separating dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you find in your own home. There is a washing machine, dish washer, separate fridge and freezer. The dining table with 6 black leather dining chairs.

Living Room - This is open plan giving you lots of space and added benefit from a lodge, gaining the extra width making it feel more like a home.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom: The master bedroom with wall mounted TV, has large wardrobes and drawers, plus an en-suite with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Twin Bedrooms: The second bedroom has a full length double wardrobe with full sized single beds. Wall mounted TV with freeview also.

The third bedroom with wall mounted TV/freeview has full length single wardrobe with dressing table and stool, along with full sized single beds. The four single size beds are suitable for adults to sleep on and have the extra comfort. Replaced March 2018 with 3 foot mattress and divans.

Bathroom - The main family bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

FunWorks are not included they are purchased directly from Rockley Park.

Bookings are usually: Monday to Friday - 4 nights

Friday to Monday - 3 nights or

7 nights Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.

“amazing stay at 86 Central Park”

A lovely 3 bedroom chalet with everything you need,lounge,dining,kitchen area very spacious,bedrooms and shower rooms very good too,had the best weather over a 3 day weekend,Rockley Park amenities brilliant.Went to Durdledor and Lulworth cove which is a must for anyone staying in Dorset.would return without a doubt to 86 Central Park.thankyou to Pat and Cliff for an excellent stay

Comfortable roomy well furnished caravan. A house away from home. Had a great stay over Christmas. The children loved it and there's talk of returning in the summer

I expect this caravan was lovely when it was new however now it's now a bit tired and in need of updating. All of the stainless steel furnishings have begun to rust, including the extractor in the kitchen. The kitchen unit doors are beginning to peel apart. The dishwasher and washing machine are not working , although we asked for some tokens for the laudrette which we were given. The bed in the master bedroom is well beyond its best and really uncomfortable. Carpets are getting threadbare too. Decking is sagging and the view is non existent due to the hedges not being trimmed back.

Response from the manager Thank you for your review although quite negative regarding the holiday home, I do appreciate that this time of year the holiday home does start to look tired and I must agree we are experiencing issues in Central Park 86 that are being addressed. New appliances have been ordered and being fitted, as guest break washing machines, dishwashers and fires, as you can appreciate we are not equipped to replace straight away, not even the park itself offers that service. The carpet is tired, not threadbare and requires a clean after the heavy storms experienced a few weeks ago. The balcony is fine and not sagging or and the views are still visible. Trees and hedges are the responsibility of the park groundsman who do an excellent job on keeping the park looking it's best, they are always cutting, tidying and trimming on a regular basis. You have not mentioned any part of your holiday or the park itself or the surrounding areas of the Dorset coast. I hope you return to Dorset to enjoy the surrounding areas of beauty and explore. I do not know who this is as the leaving date does not marry up with my records and you have not left your name, but I am quite happy to respond to your comments. Pat & Cliff Edwards

How do damage deposits work?
