The property is located above and behind a pedestrian promendade on Sandbanks beach. There is a short private path that leads to the beach (shared by other residents) and the views from the house are spectacular all year round.

Recently refurbished to a modern contemporary style, this house offers fabulous luxury accommodation in a spectacular location.

The property sleeps 8 guests very comfortably, however, we can offer the small double sofa bed in the family room area on the first floor which will then allow 10 guests to stay. A travel cot, high chair and stair gate can be offered if required.

Newly installed bi-folding doors open up onto the terrace area from the dining area and lounge allowing our guests to benefit from this spectacular location. Outside furniture and a charcoal bbq are provided. From the terrace there is a short private path which leads to the wonderful sandy beach, this pathway is accessed by other residents also.

To the front of property there is a driveway which can provide off road parking for several vehicles.

Just a short walk away is a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. There is also a childrens play area at Sandbanks beach together with mini/crazy golf.

This is a wonderful area to visit as there are so many things to see and do and there is something for everyone.There are many places of interest in the region including the old town of Poole, the cosmopolitan town of Bournemouth, Christchurch, Dorchester and the beautiful New Forest.The coastline is beautiful and offers many different kinds of water sports.

The area is well known for its choice of watersports, cycling, walking and for its historic places of interest.The area has 7 miles of beautiful sandy beaches and wonderful coastlines to explore.

“Lovely house in amazing location”

The house is lovely - great for a large group of 10 of us. The location is amazing, right next to the beach and with a lovely deck with a view out to the sea. Tracy even left us some gifts for our arrival day. Would definitely recommend!
