Description

A unique opportunity to stay aboard this beautiful cruiser right in the heart of Poole harbour. Whilst the boat does not not leave the harbour, you will get all the benefits and sense of a water holiday with all amenities available in the marina. However we do offer private charters for all overnight guests- please ask for details. Berthed in the centre of Poole there are shops and restaurants a stroll away. Holiday comes with one parking space near the quay.

Normal minimum stay two nights.

No hen or stag groups although friend groups considered.

4\5 is very comfortable but will sleep 6

Please note that during high season months (May, June, July, August) check in / check out times may vary. As the boat is out on charters during the day, you may be required to check in at 5pm, and check out at 9am. Additionally, if you book at weekends during May, June, July and August the boat may be required for a private half day charter during your stay (use of outer decks only, all belongings locked inside vessel at all times). In exchange for this we will offer a half price charter for your group. If in doubt please ask for more details, but it works well for most guests.

“Mums & Daughters Getaway”

What can I say.Just a fantastic experience. The great weather was such a bonus we thought we were abroad.Great charter on Monday by Mark our host and BBQ on board while anchored at sea having sailed down the coast..A great fun experience living on the Calypso for 3 days.Plenty of bars and restaurants if you can drag yourself away from the yacht.Thank you Mark and a special shout out to Steve for taking us swimming

“Memorable family experience on superb motor yacht”

We booked a long weekend with the kids - our first time staying on any form of boat as we thought it was something different to do. Within hours of arriving the kids were asking if we could come again! Calypso was comfortable and spacious and moored in a clean, safe and impressive marina. The kids were happy to spend their time crabbing and fishing with friends that they met on other boats leaving us time to read, relax and have a drink! We enjoyed exploring Poole and Sandbanks, Corfe Castle and Swanage. Our only regret is that we ran out of time for a trip on Calypso - next time!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
