1 bedroom apartment that was completely renovated at the end of July 2018 located on the prestigious Via Washington.

This apartment of about 45 sq. mt., on the third floor with elevator, is characterized by being bright and quiet (the double glazed windows were installed at the end of July 2018) and is also equipped with air conditioning in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

A hallway leads to all the rooms:

- a living room with fully equipped kitchen (with microwave and dishwasher), furnished with a table for 4 guests, and a sofa bed (140 cm x 185 cm) in the TV area;

- a bathroom with shower

- a double bedroom with a seven-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The flooring is parquet.

**Only the living room has air conditioning.

**A city tourist tax will be applied. Cost per person per night: 3€, for maximum 14 nights.

The nearest car parks are located in Via Cola di Rienzo, 10 (Garage Loria) and on Viale Misurata 27/a (Autorimessa CD).

The area around Via Washington is very well served and connected to the city center and all of the major attractions. In particular, thanks to its strategic position, the apartment is easily accessible on foot or by public transportation:

- the MUDEC - ‘Museo delle Culture’ (Museum of Cultures), with its many spaces providing a rich cultural offer and several different services, such as permanent exhibitions, temporary shows, conference rooms and laboratories for adults and children, arranged on 17,000 sq.mt;

- the Science and Technology Museum, located steps from Sant’Ambrogio subway station;

- Santa Maria delle Grazie church, which houses the famous Leonardo Da Vinci's ‘Cenacolo’, depicting the Last Supper of Jesus and the Apostles;

- the Duomo, symbol of Milan, and Piazza della Scala, which houses the famous opera theater;

- The Royal Palace and the Museo del Novecento, which host various permanent and temporary exhibitions throughout the year;

- Via Torino, considered one of the city’s most important commercial streets;

- the Columns of San Lorenzo, a historic Milan square that comes to life during the evening hours. In particular, in the summer a large number of people surround the columns, completely filling up the square, thus creating a unique atmosphere.

The apartment is also in close proximity to the lively Navigli area, famous for numerous restaurants, bars, and pubs, which is within easy walking distance.
