The apartment sets over 2 levels, it is big and elegant; the total surface is about 140 square metres. It sleeps up to 7 persons (2 double beds + 3 single beds) in 3 charming bedrooms.

The apartment is completely independent (private entrance).

The living room and dining room have direct access to the private patio-loggia and private garden.

The staircase that links the ground floor to the first floor is large and comfortable (with a safe rail hand); the steps are made by a beautiful grey Tuscan sandstone “Pietra Serena”, the same stone used by Michelangelo, Brunelleschi and many other Renaissance Artists and Architects.

Furniture is antique, elegant and carefully selected with pictures and ornaments.

The interiors are full of Italian charm… there is really a warm and homelike atmosphere!!!

The apartment has stone walls, beamed ceilings, terracotta floors.

The GROUND FLOOR consists of: 1 large living room + 1 dining room + 1 kitchen.

--Living room has a comfortable couch-sofa and armchairs situated around the working fireplace. The room has 1 window and 1 large door with direct access to the patio-loggia and the garden.

--Dininng room has a large table and comfortable chairs for your lunches and dinners. An elegant furniture contain a large selection of bowls, dishes, glasses… Also available in the dining room: NEW 32” Flat Screen TV and WI-FI internet modem.

--Kitchen is fully equipped with sink, stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer.

A big kitchen furniture (a “Mettitutto” as we call it in Tuscany) contains everything that you'll need: coffeemaker, kettle, toaster cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery….

The FIRST FLOOR consists of: 2 double bedrooms + 1 single bedroom + 2 bathrooms

--Bedroom “1” has 1 double bed (Queen size) and 1 single bed and ensuite bathroom. Furniture includes antique wooden beds, an elegant wardrobe, bedside tables...

--Bedroom “2” has 1 double bed (Queen size) and 1 single bed.

--Bedroom “3” has only 1 single bed + private terrace.

This bedroom is very warm and cosy, painted with light blue color; it has private access to a very panoramic terrace with great views over the garden and the hills around. During sunny days… you’ll enjoy the Tuscan sunset just in front of you!!!

All the beds are made up with crisp fresh linen (high thread 100% cotton); the bath towels are also 100% good quality cotton. We supply linens and towels at no cost; they are included in the rental price (weekly changes). Mattresses are new, hence you’ll have a restful sleep!!!

--Bathroom "1" has white Italian tiles and a window overlooking the countryside. It is equipped with bathtub and shower, basin/sink, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels.

--Bathroom "2" is an ensuite bathroom; has brown tiles and a window. It is equipped with shower, basin/sink, toilet, towels.

The GARDEN

The garden is about 200 square metres large. It is completely private (only for you!!!) and completely fenced (safe for your children!!!).

A BBQ and a dining table with chairs are at your disposal for Al Fresco Dining.

We live in the same estate but in a detached Villa. We are at your disposal for any question and information. "" I have stayed at Villa Cafaggiolo several times in the past 4 years. It is a beautiful property, perfectly situated on a commuter train line 20 minutes East of Florence. The property is very beautiful, but what makes the experience of visiting Cafaggiolo so memorable is the warmth and friendliness and helpfulness of the owners, the Pucci family. They are always ready with a recommendation of where to eat, what to see, where to get the best gelato, etc. They truly treat the guests as if they are family, and many guests are repeat customers.
