A luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in this beautiful and unspoilt environment, with an idyllic position on one of the few remaining undeveloped white sandy beaches in the world. This villa is situated on a 5 * resort and has its own private pool and garden. Situated less then 150m from the beach front, this location just a few steps from Ponta Preta beach and near Santa Maria, Sal Island.

Tortuga Resort and Spa is one of the finest quality residential developments on Cape Verde.
The location of this villa is a perfect choice for those seeking total relaxation with 5 * resort spa facilities, or for the adventurous type seeking to improve their Kite Surfing,Windsurfing or snorkelling skills Santa Maria is fast becoming the worlds best for all watersports with many of the highly skilled instructors ( world champions ) based here.

The villa is situated within private & beautifully landscaped gardens with it's own private pool. it is decorated professionally throughout with designer furnishings to the highest standard. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sharan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
