Description

In the gated Village of Pont Royal du Golf is our superb villa with private pool overlooking the magnificent Luberon. Also has a delightful pool house with seating, an open fire/BBQ and shower room attached, perfect for shade from the midday sun and glorious to relax in the evening around the pool. The large garden offers many sunny and shaded areas to relax and socialise throughout the day. The ground floor Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom overlooks the pool. On the first floor is bedroom 2 with an ensuite shower room and bedrooms 3 and 4 share the family bathroom. Inside the Villa is light, airy and spacious with an interconnecting door from the kitchen/ breakfast area to the open plan living/dining room which boasts a beamed double height vaulted ceiling and steps down to the games and reading area. The front garden is planted with Olive trees and Lavender bushes and offers off street parking for 1 large car. The surrounding area has something to offer most times of the year from the local markets, festivals, sunflower or lavender fields, vineyards to Golf, cycling or just relaxing in the sun,conveniently situated 20 mins from Aix en Provence and Avignon. The Villa commands a large private setting in the prestigious Pont Royal Du Golf, offering tennis, golf, horse riding, Wave Pool, activities, restaurants and kids clubs (extra charge/subject to availability)on site. A 5min walk around a boating Lake brings you to the village centre, constructed around a Piazza of restaurants and shops offering fresh provisions through to Provincial gifts. A weekly market and evening activities is usual in high season. The adjacent village of Mallemort,a short drive away, offers further shopping and restaurants.The nearest Beach is approx 40min drive. Excellent Skiing can be found within a 2 hour drive. A car is essential to explore the wonderful surrounding areas of lavender fields, vineyards, sunflowers and architectural/historical interest. The beaches of Cote D'Azur are within 90mins drive. Choose from Marseille, Nimes or Nice Airport.

House rules

A welcome pack is included in the Villa on your arrival. If the stay is two weeks then a linen change is included mid stay. Our house manager will be available to assist during your stay and arrange check in/out.
Sunday changeover. Low season maybe able to be flexible. Arrival 5pm and departure 10am.
Prices are for the property per week in euros, for the maximum named/ booked guests only no other guests may stay. Non refundable Reservation deposit 50%. Refundable damage deposit 750.00 euros.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
