Description

Resting between coastal splendor and rich forest greens, this seafront villa momentously retreats into architectural harmony. Watching the sunset is like taking flight over the endless horizon of golden hues. A gush of wind heralds the foaming waves on to the ancient volcanic rocks like a thunder that encapsulates the readiness of the sea's desire to wash itself on the shore. Remnants of the paring of blues and browns are left to be collected along the coastal bay. A minimalist and warm interior helps the occupant vortex themselves into the surroundings.

This brand new beachfront architecturally significant 4 bedroom villa is a work of art being strikingly designed, modern, luxurious, spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped to the highest standards. The villa's entrance imitates a pebble beach. There is extensive use of glass, wood, steel, stone and wooden decking giving you the feeling of being on board a ship. Entering the property via remote control security gates, you will find the driveway leading to a stone clad parking area for several cars. Upon entering the villa you will find the spacious double height open plan living area featuring a modern double sided fireplace and sofas. On this floor you will also find the modern open plan fully-equipped kitchen offering an, electric oven and induction hob, two fridge/freezers and dishwasher. The dining area located on this floor provides a large modern dining table and chairs comfortably seating up to 10 guests. There is also a separate kitchenette / laundry room equipped with a washing machine.

The villa's first two bedrooms are located on the first floor, a double bedroom with en suite shower room and bidet, and a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both of the bedrooms have access to a veranda through large glass patio doors where outstanding unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea can be enjoyed. Moving to the lower ground floor you will find the remaining two bedrooms, which are double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Both of these bedrooms have access to a spacious terrace equipped with ample outside furniture for you to take a moment to relax with an evening drink, enjoying the views of the mountainous pine forest or the sunset over the Mediterranean Sea. There is also an outside toilet and separate shower for use when returning from the beach.

The villa has the luxury of a wireless internet connection. The villa is equipped throughout with central air-conditioning units for both cooling and heating, and a double sided log fire so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. Baby cots and highchairs can be provided and the villa owner has thoughtfully supplied pool and beach towels. Available also are a safety deposit box (on request) and a steam ironing board for guests' use. On the lower ground floor there is a spacious games area to entertain everyone with a cinema/TV area, a table football and for the younger members of the family you will find a children's play area with toys and colorful seating suitable for children and adults. A large' flat screen television with satellite TV, DVD player are available. There is even a wine cellar which can be opened for the discerning wine connoisseur.

Large glass patio doors will lead you from the living area to the covered terrace area offering table and chairs for you to truly experience the joy of outdoor dining. Next to the kitchen you will also find the barbecue area adjoining directly with the pool which surrounds the length of the lower ground floor. There is plenty of sunbathing furniture for you to enjoy the sun and also plenty of all day shade. To cool down, here you find the approx 4m x 9m pool with walk-in steps continuing into an adjoining children's pool running along side the kitchen and dining room. The house opens to the pool and one you can sit on the floor indoors with your feet in the pool enjoying a refreshing drink. Being right on the beach in a slight elevation of a few meters, the house has its own private beach access from the property directly to the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The beach is a mixture of sand and tiny pebbles and there are natural rock pools for both children and adults to enjoy even winter swimming. You will find a lot of fish, crabs and other sea life in salt water puddles that are changing by the hour with the tides. The shore is a combination of a sandy cove with volcanic rock pools and areas ideal for all.

Lower ground Floor:

2 double bedrooms (1.60m beds and large shower enclosures in bathrooms). Bedrooms are sea facing and have terraces two of which are ground level terraces.

Kitchen

The high end built-in european kitchen has two fridge freezers, a built in oven and dishwasher. An island breakfast bar / doubles as an afternoon pool bar, and has magnificent views of the sea and mountains.

Dining Room

This is centrally located within the space of the double height ceiling, next to the kitchen and the pool, has a modern dining table seating up to 10, and set to take advantage of the magnificent views through the floor to ceiling windows and internal architectural features.

Lounges

There are two one on the pool level and one on the lower ground floor level.

NOTE: All four bedrooms have blackout curtain roller blinds dropping from coves in the ceiling.

The layout of the house makes it ideal for two families vacationing together whilst still enjoying their own privacy and independence. Alternatively, four adults can be in one part of the house whilst four children can have their own separate space in the other part of the home. There are two separate bedroom areas each comprising two bedrooms and each having their own lounge, dining area and kitchen / and kitchenette.

This villa offers the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.

Rates for 2015 include: Twice weekly cleaning service, beach towels; welcome hamper. Additional cleaning can be provided at the rate of 25 euro per hour.

“Truly magnificent villa vacation!”

When you walk through the front door after having parked your car in the carport which is secured with an automated gate the imediate reaction is WOW!!!! It is one the the best villas I’ve taken my whole family to enjoy(Three sons all over 20yrs and 1 girlfriend) This villa fulfilled everything we wanted from the peace and quiet beautiful breathtaking sea and sunsets a private pool and the exploration of what the crystal clear sea and what lies beneath was so spectacular.We took full faced snorkel masks down to the secluded beach just a quick walk away.Octopus Shellfish crabs beautiful coloured fish adorn rock pools and for the more adventurous in the deeper areas stunning sandy seabed’s with shoals of a variety of fish!Also swim pumps as it is a little rocky.We had the beach to ourselves for the two weeks we stayed.Wave Villa has every amenitie that we needed.The villa is so spacious we all could enjoy being together with a feeling of our own space and every modern necessity! There are plenty of Restaurants near by a short drive away! Many in the square at Pomos.This is an unspoilt area of Cyprus the locals are so friendly they go out of their way to help you you have to be here to believe it!! Plenty of bakery’s supermarkets for full provisions.A car is needed to explore the many places of interest.The Villa was absolutely spotlessly clean with help on hand if we needed it.The owner Dr Andreas Loannou was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly with a friendly attitude We Thank him for letting us stay in his fabulous villa!

We had a fabulous family holiday in this spectacular modern villa - first impressions wow what a stunning place and these feeling stay for the whole duration. Sunset is spectacular! Brilliant snorkelling in the sea via easy access using private steps ( Beach shoes essential). Communications with the owner excellent. Highly recommended by us - book with confidence and you will not be disappointed!
