This flat is very comfortable and well furnished, has a terrace with barbecue, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 3 beds, a living room with fireplace, Sat tv and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and another double bedroom with En-Suite bathroom with shower. Hair dryer, Mosquito curtains. Internet Wi Fi connection.

These wonderful holiday home is located at 600 meter from Pomaia, a tiny medieval hilltop village at only 13 km from the Tuscan Tyrrhenian sea, are situated in a magical location in touch with nature. Originally a flour mill, the building has been restored by the owner and converted into 3 comfortable independent apartments. One of the flats is for the exclusive use of the owner, who spends weekends in this uncontaminated paradise. These holiday accommodations are the perfect location to spend a relaxing holiday, thanks to the beautiful,large green park at client's disposal. A romantic path leads to the stream and to a sheet of water, where it is possible to bathe. Along the stream there are some gazebos and seats where one can relax and enjoy the nature: sometimes, wild animals come to the river to drink the water, and you can watch them undisturbed. During the evening, the fireflies surround the house. The accommodations consist of a nice, romantic studio with terrace, double bed, large bathroom and kitchenette and an apartment with 2 bedrooms. An additional bedroom with private bathroom with shower is available, so that the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people.

Distances: Shops and restaurants in Pomaia, ca. 500 metres. Pisa 40km, Cecina 20km, beaches 13 km, Florence 95km, Volterra 45km, San Gimignano 55km.

Molino Q property is a lovely stone house with everything you need for a quiet, relaxing and scenic holiday. A fantastic base to be able to visit other places within Tuscany, but also great if you want to just relax by the stream or have a stroll in the beautiful surroundings. The lovely quiet village of pomaia is not too far down the road and we went down often to shop. The only thing we found which may be a slight concern, was the road leading down to the property, was extremely uneven, but once you glimpse the property at the bottom, you do forget the bumps There was no iron at the property, but when on holiday, do you really want to be spending precious time pressing clothes!!! We would definitely go back to Pomaia and Molina Q.
