Polzeath

Roserrow is perfectly situated to take full advantage of all the wonderful beaches in the area. Only 5 minutes in the car (or 15 minutes on the footpath) will get you to the ever popular sandy beach at Polzeath with all its amenities and facilities. Just a bit further on is the dog friendly Daymer Bay and a good walk round to Rock with its watersports facilities.

A 5 minute walk away is The Point, with golf, tennis, swimming, spa, health club, restaurant and bar. The facilities are available on a pay as you go basis or weekly memberships which can be organised direct with The Point At Polzeath. There's even an airfield if you want to fly yourself down!

Further afield there are several beaches to the north and many beaches to the south between the Camel Estuary and Newquay that are all within a half hour drive.
