Self catering for 2-3 families in the very best beachside location. The self contained annex sleeps a further 4-5 if needed.

Space for 5 cars. Stunning views of beach, sea , surf and sunsets. A great family holiday house with spacious rooms and amazing views. Instant access to Polzeath surfing beach, coastal path for walkers, great for families and groups.

On the first floor the accommodation consists of two double bedrooms, one twin, a double bunk room, bathroom with shower and a separate loo. On the second floor there is one double bedroom with panoramic views, a twin bedroom and a separate bathroom/loo. On the ground floor there is a large shower/laundry room and wetsuit drying area with underfloor heating and a separate loo. In addition there is an outside privvy. The kitchen and living area, with stunning views of the sea through sliding picture windows, are open plan. Craig Var is spacious enough for several families to enjoy their holiday together and yet at the same time maintain their independence. Craig Var is a much loved family home and has been in the family since the late 1960's, and where four generations of the same family have spent some truly memorable holidays.
