“Perfect Holiday”

Reviewed 7 Sep 2016

We had a great holiday at this lovely cottage. Perfect for families and groups, with a beautiful garden to play in. So close to the beach and totally idyllic.

“Far from the madding crowd, HEAVEN”

Reviewed 5 Sep 2016

Lower Farm is enormously conveniently located at the top of Daymer Bay Lane, with a stunning view out to sea. The house is full of traditional charm, while functioning with all the mod cons and seemingly endless hot water! While tucked away, the property is smack in between the busy villages of Polzeath and Rock, both a 30-45mins walk away. I could not recommend a stay more...
