Step in from West street where the hall leads you first to the downstairs lounge, this large and bright rooms offers a real fire allows you to relax in peace and is ideal for a little quiet time to get away from the rest of the party.A few paces from the lounge brings you into the beautiful kitchen dining room, a large open area with plenty of space for everyone. A very modern fitted kitchen allows feeding the 'hordes' a simple task with sturdy stainless steel cooker and plenty of worktop space and a dishwasher. A separate utility room housing washing machine and plenty of storage space rounds off this well laid out kitchen. Dining is a complete joy, the room is equipped with a large family table you just know you will spend hours around enjoying good food and great company. A feature of this room is the chandelier that hangs over the table, (you will find quirky lighting a theme throughout the house) made completely from wine glasses it gives good illumination, is fun and means that you are never too far from the ability to take a glass of wine....Taking the stairs to the first floor brings you to the first two bedrooms and the 1st bathroom featuring a walk in shower. From the landing turn right to the double bedroom, a large & very bright room with views over the river, again quirky lighting prevails! Bedroom 2 is a twin, ideal for children and again a good size with the window looking up to the raised garden.Having another lounge on the 2nd floor is the icing on the cake for this property, it has direct views over the river with comfortable seating, a great place to lose yourself, de-stress and dream with the river as a fantastic distraction, job done! Also on this floor is another bathroom & the 3rd bedroom which is set up as a twin, a bright colourful room with views to the garden. Did we mention the lighting? To the rear of the property is the access to the raised garden and patio area, although the steps to get there are quite steep, I am sure you will agree it is well worth the effort. With views over the river it is the perfect place to barbecue, relax and soak up the sun.36 West street provides a travel cot, stair gate and booster seat to make sure little ones are safe and looked after. Bed linen is included in the cost of your holiday but sorry no pets are permitted.
