Welcome to ALARRA a spacious, exciting contemporary ground floor apartment which has been designed to provide roomy living accommodation with large picture windows letting in plenty of light and views across the glorious abundant terraced garden where you can sit and admire the peaceful surroundings. There are three delightful spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms all on the same level as the substantial open plan living area, plus the added bonus of a sizable games room with table tennis and much more. There is private parking at the property which is a huge benefit in this traditional fishing village of Polperro. The quaint cottages that border your way down to the harbour side, a mere 5 minutes' walk, and the variety of restaurants, pubs, shops and curios within this truly rare village is a joy to experience. For the more energetic the beautiful South West Costal path winds around the rugged coastline, and the popular Talland Bay is a 5 minute drive or a costal walk away. Polperro is a great base from which to explore the joys of Cornwall, its numerous beaches including the near-by town of Looe with its traditional seaside entertainment and sandy beach, along with the West Country's proud seafaring traditions.
