This stunning semi detached home from home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom/shower rooms. Situated on the crest of the hill the house offers uninterrupted panoramic views of the bay from its large picture windows and large balcony. The home is equipped to luxury 5 star rental standards and offers all the amenities that you could wish for in an elegant contemporary setting.

The house is finished to a high specification with a designer kitchen plus under-floor heating throughout the ground floor. The hot tub overlooking Talland Bay is the ideal spot to relax and unwind while watching the sun set across the bay.

(*No. 42 & 43 have an interconnecting door which is locked from both sides)

(Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week for the hot tub, dogs are allowed and are charged at £25.00 per dog per week. 2 Max.)

With an online groceries delivery, and a view to die for, we were all set for the most perfect week. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars while the kids were in bed was amazing. On site facilities (swimming pool) were also top notch. A great location, great managers, and a super property. We loved it."

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
