This Attic apartment is situated in one of the traditional old houses in the picturesque Village of Polop (only 10 mins drive from Benidorm) which is a typical Spanish village about 12 klm from the beaches of Altea Albir & Benidorm and near to the historic mountain village of Guadalest. The apartment is approx 75 sq m with an open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The master bedroom is a spacious double room, there is a 2nd double bedroom. The large terrace has panoramic views of the mountains and is south facing thus benefiting from all year sunshine. The apartment is fully furnished and affords the following facilities central heating, fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dish washer, air conditioning. UK satellite TV & WIFI. There is on street parking nearby. Free WIFI is also available in a few of the local bars. Great base for Walkers Cyclists Climbers and Golfers in fact anyone who who appreciates the great outdoors. First class service, great apartment ,well equipped, everything you would need and more.fantastic sun terrace and not overlooked, in a quiet block,in a great wee town,narrow streets ,take care diving,parking can be difficult when busy, but we always found a spot,lots of places to visit nearby ,if you have any problems Bill the owner is just a call away, friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area, thanks again Bill, highly recommended.

“Great stay”

Stayed at the apartment for three nights and had a great time there exploring the village, which is very scenic and atmospheric, particularly the castella on the hill which also affords tremendous views of the surrounding area. The apartment itself is very well equiped with everything you could wish for as a base from home and has a very private, 'chill out' terrace with mountain views....and a comfy bed is always a big plus. We were met by Bill who was a great host and very knowledgeable about the area, nothing was too much trouble for him, so many thanks Bill, hope to see you again. In the village everyone we met, both local and ex-pat was very friendly, we even got invited to a birthday party at the Bar Le Font, where we spent a very nice couple of nights in the company of owners Debbie and family.

What a gem of a place ,apartment was clean spotless and very well equipped ,the terrace outside was amazing and not overlooked ,well furnished good beds and in a nice apartment block with friendly neighbors nice and quite and all within walking distance to bars restaurant s and shops tapas at the castelle a must very friendly staff made us very welcome ,the people of polop are friendly you have to say hola first the man walking his dog especially ,thought we had sunstroke as we were walking round in circles exploring the lovely quaint streets.a car is essential the streets are narrow so take care ,and last but not least bill the owner very friendly very helpful very informative ,we felt very reassured that bill was only a call away and would sort out any problems you might have....bill you're a star hope to see you again soon thanks again John and Linda .

“Excellent location for climbing and walking”

Bill was away but his friend Pete who welcomed us couldn't have been more helpful even running me to the nearby supermarket the first evening so we didn't lose our parking spot. The narrow streets and parking seemed a little daunting at first but a couple of days into the trip we were pros negotiating the streets and there are loads of free parking areas all within a short walk of the apartment. Polop is a wonderful traditional Spanish town, a world away from Benidorm. Quiet but with supermarkets, shops and restaurants within easy reach. The apartment is fitted out with everything you could possibly need and we cooked most evenings. Really clean and presented to a high standard. The roof terrace is possibly the best in Polop for views and eating breakfast there every morning was a joy. It's best to have a car but there's lots of climbing and walking just a short distance away.

“Beautiful Spanish village, excellent property”

My partner and I stayed here last week and absolutely loved it. The location of the apartment is in a traditional Spanish village but not too far away from local amenities, the bakery was a short walk away, as was the local tapas bars. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and had all the facilities you could wish for. The outside terrace area has a 4 seater dinning table and 4 sun loungers, the setting is absolutely perfect if you fancy a meal in or having a drink outside of an evening (there is also a dining area inside). The only thing I could possibly say that needed a little improvement would be the shower- more power needed. Other than that, super. Bill (the owner) is very accommodating and helpful, couldn't do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. All in all its a perfect place if you fancy a get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can chill out in the village or one of the neighbouring villages and take in the local culture, (I would recommend a trip to Altea) or if you did fancy a night out in Benidorm a taxi is only approx €20 away! We cannot wait to return!

“Lovely Stay in Polop”

We stayed in a lovely,clean apartment in Polop. We were met by Bill who showed us round the apartment and told us places to go. He was so helpful. We were right in the middle of everything, lovely mountain walks and cycling. Lots of bars in Polop and restaurants nearby. Benidorm not far, beautiful Altea nearby and plenty of sight seeing all so close. Just so relaxing to sit on the large ,beautiful terrace of the apartment with beautiful views. A wonderful place,will definitely go back to this lovely apartment. Thank you Bill.
