Description

La casa blu - the blu house was one of the first houses built in the area by a colonel in the Italian army who lived there with his wife. He built the house with blue bricks to reflect the colour of the sea and planted various fruit trees to match each season of the year.

'Pizzo Spina' translates as a 'pointed thorn' and depicts correctly the upright position of the house facing out to the sea.Finale is a small and peaceful picturesque sea side town. It is located just 15 minutes drive from the super busy tourist resort town of Cefalu'.

The house is a self-catering 100sqm within an Italian villa with 1 kitchen, 1 large living room, 1 bathroom (shower), 1 spacious sized bedroom, 1 cot, 2 free bicycles, private parking, and a beautiful garden to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views.

The villa in Finale is located in a very tranquil setting and is accessible to all the town amenities.We can accomodate a max of 2 adults with 1 to 2 children under the age of 6 years old in a cot and/or small bed.Guest AccessGuests have access to our garden with lots of trees from lemon, orange, apricot, figs, nespolo, vegetable patch (tomatoes, aubergines, cherry tomatoes, mint, basil, chilli, courgette, peppers) and even our own grape plant. Plus full outdoor area and 1 inside car park canopy, ++ stunning sea views and private gardens.

The villa is divided into 2 separate apartments each with their own independent entrances and private outdoor spaces - The Villa tranquillity and outdoor boundaries must be respected at all time.This villa will suit anyone looking for a peaceful accommodation setting in a small sea-side town with stunning sea views.

Interaction with Guests -

Although we (the owners) are not there to greet you personally, you will definitely feel our spirit and love for the house, garden and Sicily in general. We can certainly help advise you by email on where to go and on any queries you may have. My father Rosario and mother Pina will most likely meet you.

They have big hearts but not much English! They love speaking Italian in a loud voice because they think that way you understand them :) We leave an information folder in the apartment on things to see and do in the area. If you love olive trees, my father rejoices in showing people his bit of land in the countryside :)

How do damage deposits work?
