The villa can be found nestled down a country lane, amongst pretty gardens; a great spot for a quiet, relaxing holiday.

The villa has it's own furnished terraces, spacious gardens and BBQ area and private swimming pool 7 x 5 meters and children swimming pool.

Satellite / TV / Wi-fi.

The Villa features 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 studio, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwashing machine, DVD and CD player, satellite TV, table tennis, and air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. Cot is available (charge free).

The complex is 500m from the nearest supermarket and 1.3km from the town of Pollensa where you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach and Puerto Pollensa are 6km away.

we stayed from 9th-16th sept 2017. we found margarita to be extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The grounds of the villa were stunning and the property itself had lots of room for the 3 different families that went and we never felt crowded. When we arrived, magarita had a selection of groceries for us already at the villa which meant we didn't need to rush to the shops and was a lovely touch. We discovered the WiFi was not working and so she came out straight away to fix it and when this couldn't be fixed, an engineer was organised for the next day. Margarita organised for a taxi to take us to the airport on our departure day which was good due to our limited Spanish. Having a table tennis set was another bonus and along with the board games, kept the whole family entertained. A few negatives were, due to the filtration system not working in the pool, it made the water so cold that we could only use it twice and the children could never get in. The bathrooms could have done with maybe a better clean/remodeling but the rest of the villa was spotless. Having to remove rubbish to a tip was a bit of a pain and removing this could maybe be the hostess job as she visits the property daily anyway? overall, we would defiantly recommended this villa if you are looking for great views and quietness whilst being only 5 minutes away from the beach and the town.

Owner's reply: Thank you for choosing our Villa. We felt it was raining some days during your holiday week and the atmosphere was a little cool, so the pool water was cooler. The staff (Margarita) came every morning to assist them, and arrange the garden and pool. If you needed something extra, like picking up the trash, you just had to ask for it. We strive every day to give our customers the best service. We wish that our customers enjoy a good experience with us.

This Villa is one of the best I've ever stayed in! Margarita is friendly and so helpful, and whilst she was around to clean and maintain the pool and garden she made sure to give us plenty of privacy to enjoy our holiday as well. The villa is exceptionally well equipped and the pool was glorious in the hot weather. It is a 3 minute walk to lidl which was perfect for getting fresh bread every morning and a 20 minute walk into pollenca which we visited regularly for the great restaurants and bars. You can also go to lidl and ask them to ring a taxi for you and they will happily do so, so rather than waiting for the bus (Even though there is a bus stop next to lidl) to getting to port de pollenca beach we would call taxis which meant we could go whenever we wanted and didn't have to rely on bus timetables.
