Villa 299 is set in a very tiny hamlet with just four houses and enjoys complete privacy combined with total seclusion and serene calm. This country house has been carefully restored over the last decade to now provide a home full of natural charm and character, however fulfilling a modern life style's needs. There is a beautiful cobblestone courtyard in front of the house. leading us to the studded oak door and archway.
The cobblestone floors, inner stone walls, terracotta tiles and the oak beams add a true character and personality to the rooms. Majorcan double wooden doors open into the entrance hall, behind which we find the dining area which has French doors opening out onto the rear terrace and pool area. The traditionally styled fitted kitchen with its original stone sink has anything you could possibly need during your stay; electric oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave oven. The light, split-level and refreshingly open plan living/lounge area has original stone-wall features and a decorative fireplace. You will also find unlimited internet connection (WiFi). There is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room as well as a full bath shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a second comfortable lounge area/ sitting room with satellite TV (BBC 1, 2 and ITV), DVD player and large windows with stunning views of the mountains. The other three twin bedrooms are on the opposite side of the first floor, one of them has original stone seating area and access to a private terrace. There is another sitting room, an ideal place for reading hours. One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. The other two share a bathroom.
The kidney shaped swimming pool gently slopes into the crystal clear waters and is surrounded by a comfortably furnished sun deck and a well kept lawn. There is also a beautiful terrace with seating areas shaded by ancient trees, ideal for relaxing siesta hours. The original garden casita now houses the built-in BBQ and covered dining area, the perfect spot for your summer al fresco meals.

Búger is a picturesque and quiet village located in the North of Mallorca, very appreciated among our guests for its pretty surroundings. The area is the ideal departure point for all types of hiking, due to its privileged geographical situation on a hill next to the Tramuntana mountain range and the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa, so we truly recommend it to all open air lovers, hikers and cyclists.
Búger is the smallest municipality of Mallorca. Its rural character is preserved both in the village and its surroundings, and the magnificent views of the carefully cultivated fields extend toward the horizon reaching the nature reserve of the lagoon of S'Albufera. The windmills are one of the outstanding elements. In the area one can practice all kinds of activities and cover itineraries of high cultural value. The local restaurants and cafés are well worth a visit too.
