Villa 295 is a nice Majorcan semi detached country house in the beautiful Boquer area in Puerto Pollensa, close to beaches, water sports, restaurants and shops. The villa has been renovated as a holiday home and the work has been tastefully done, respecting the traditional features of a traditional local country home. The mountains behind the house makes a dramatic background and the stone walls give the house character and personality, as well as the high beamed celings and tiled floors. The furniture is carefully chosen and comfortable. On the ground floor you will find the spacious rustic lounge and dining-room, with open fireplace, satellite tv and dvd player. The house also has unlimited internet connection (WiFi). The kitchen combines the beautiful, traditional style with all the modern devices thinkable for an active life style; electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Double doors lead out onto the barbecue area and terraces with views of the mountains beyond. An outdoor full bathroom is also situated near the barbecue area, practical also for poolside days.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor, two twins (one of them with en suite bathroom) and a double room. All bedrooms have air-condition. There is also a second full bathroom.
The garden and the pool areas are very inviting and well kept. Stone sun terraces border the generously sized pool, as well as pots of green plants and flower beds. The views from the pool area are fantastic, overlooking the whole resort of Port Pollensa.
Villa 295 is a house with local, traditional character and makes a lovely holiday home for a group of friends or family. The area is popular for its walking and trekking routes, bird-watching, drawing and cycling. The historic town of Pollensa is only a 10-minute drive away and the beach and sea at only 10 minutes walk.

Pollensa and its surroundings is one of the most beautiful areas of the island and an ideal retreat for vacationers who are looking for the original Mallorca as well as outstanding beaches. Here a diverse landscape merges with well-kept sandy beaches and coves nestled into cliff lines beckoning to swim. Old and young will enjoy the fine white sand beaches and gentle turquoise waves. The bay of Pollensa is very popular with the marine community and offers excellent opportunities for water sports, including sailing and kite surfing. The old fisherman's village has conserved its typical charm and is very appreciated for its long beach and its emblematic sea front stroll, the'Pine Walk'. From Puerto Pollensa a short drive through breathtaking landscape takes you to Formentor, the lost utopia. Its pine bordered beach with the imposing mountain background has captivated many artists and painters . The Sierra de Tramuntana is ideally suited for hiking and biking excursions. Cala San Vicente offers crystal clear water, ideal for diving and snorkling, and a resort with a familiar atmosphere. Pollensa is the perfect starting point to explore the whole island; plunge into the lush emerald flora with centenary olive and pine groves, almond and fig trees and into the maze of Pollensa's narrow Moorish streets with numerous cafés and shops scattered around the picturesque town square, where you also find many high standard restaurants. The quiet village life conquers many visitors and renting a town house is becoming an attractive alternative to villas and apartments. Sights like the Calvary or the Roman Bridge, interesting places and events like the municipal museum, the Music Festival and numerous art exhibitions make Pollensa attractive and inviting.
Whatever you are looking for, a beach holiday, a water sports holiday, a quiet retreat or even a cultural and gastronomic feast - Pollensa is the place to visit. Welcome!
