Description

Hidden Retreat is a magnificent Mallorcan-style villa, nestled on a hillside with spectacular views of the Bay of Alcudia and the Serra de Tramuntana. Surrounded by a large expanse of Mediterranean forest that is part of the property and a private garden with an outdoor heated pool wich has an extra cost of 35€ per day always in a case of intresting, that offers total privacy. The villa has all modern comforts and services, maintaining the original beauty and charm, with its terracotta floors, stone walls, typical beamed ceilings and furniture. An ideal place to enjoy a quiet holiday in the nature very close to the beach of Alcudia.

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in 6 rooms (2 extra beds available on request). The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a service room with separate entrance, a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom and a large terrace with access to the pool and garden . On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and one with 3 single beds, all of them with bathroom en suite.

Low level:

A large patio gives access to a hall with a beautiful staircase with spectacular views of the Alcudia valley. In the East area we see a living room with access to the terrace and a very comfortable and fully equipped kitchen and a room with double bed with an attached bathroom.

In the West area there is another living room with dining area and living area with sofas and television as well as a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.

First floor:

We find two wings, the west wing with 2 bedrooms with double beds and bathroom en suite while in the west wing there are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite and the other with three single beds and bathroom en suite, ideal for children.

Exterior: the villa has two magnificent terraces with spectacular views, one with dining room under porch and barbecue and the other with ping pong table and a chill-out area where you can relax at sunset with a few gin-tonics. From here you can access the pool with sun loungers and the garden.

Comfort and Services:

Parking, satellite TV, air conditioning, wifi, central heating, kettle, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, 2 coffee makers, table tennis. Property equipped with bed linen and towels.

The house has central heating the cost is not included in the price are € 150 per week (7 nights)

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.

Note 4. Light is not included in the price, the cost is 0.25 € / Kw that will pay day of departure.

Note 5. The price of heated pool are € 35 / day in case you want this service.
