The kitchen is very light and airy, granite marble effect worktops and stylish cupboards along with glass table and chairs giving an "ultra modern" look. There are two full sized fridge/freezers, dishwasher and microwave. To the rear of the kitchen a door either side gives a choice of stepping out on the side BBQ terrace or the rear covered terrace with large wooden dining table and raffia chairs. There are stunning views of the Puig de Maria and across the surrounding countryside from all sun terraces.Just off the kitchen area we find a spacious "walk in" pantry and a utility area with washing machine. Two large glass doors open on to the rear BBQ terrace. To the right of the kitchen are the floor to ceiling glass doors which open into the comfortable lounge/dining area. This theme continues as triple sets of glass sliding doors open out onto two garden and poolside terraces.. A further set of sliding glass doors open back into the entrance hall. There is complimentary Satellite TV, DVD player and PlayStation 2. To the right of the entrance hallway is an attractive twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has marble flooring and the bathroom has beige tiling and an enormous mirror. Downstairs there is also a shower room with walk in shower WC and hand basin.

 To the left of the front door the impressive staircase leads up to the rest of the sleeping accommodation. Four of the bedrooms have vast built in wardrobes, high wooden beamed ceilings making them light and airy, parquet flooring and en-suite bathrooms with Terracota  floor tiles.   At the top of the stairs and to the right is a double bedroom and walk in shower. Opposite a further double bedroom has a small private sun terrace and access to shared sun terrace.The master bedroom has full ensuite bathroom with corner bath and walk in shower and direct access to sun terrace.Attractive twin bedroom with ensuite bath/shower room and side door opening to small private sun terrace. Air conditioning in all rooms 10 hours per day.

Natural stone coloured tiles cover both the terrace and line the infinity pool which cascades down to one side. The unique shaped swimming pool has roman steps leading into the crystal clear water. Your private pool is situated to the rear of the villa and has comfortable sun loungers adorning the surrounding terraces. Within the grounds to the front of the house is a bio-toupe (pond) with circulating water feature and a fenced pond to the side of the house. The covered dining terrace adjacent to the pool is an ideal area for total relaxation after dining alfresco from the freshly cooked BBQ or to simply just enjoy the essence of the natural Mediterranean lifestyle.

The cosmopolitan town of Santanyi with its bustling street markets, charming Cas Concos and conveniently located s'Horta each providing the basis for some of the finest villas on the island.  In the North of the island, Pollenca, Campanet and Buger have the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, with its myriad of little villages nestling between its peaks.  Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients.  As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.

Pollenca

Pollença is without doubt one of the most attractive municipalities of the Island. It was one of the areas where tourism first started, being the preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of the century. Pollença is full of contrasts because a large part of the "Serra de Tramuntana” is situated within its municipality. With its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea merges with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees. Here the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are many art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, the most famous of which takes place in the Santo Domingo Cloister between July and September. Apart from the old town, the municipality of Pollença is also home to two coastal towns, the Port Of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
