Set in the spectacular Son March valley amidst undulating countryside with views towards pine clad mountains.

C'an Picassa is a haven of peace and tranquillity and for those wanting total privacy and quiet this secluded mellow coloured stone farmhouse affords an idyllic relaxing setting for your family.

The property is set up in the hills, and is reached off a country road, and subsequent long, winding, single track lane.

The original house dates back over 300 years and today retains all the rustic charm with colourful Mallorcan terracotta coloured walls, local crafted fabrics, interior stone wall features and an abundance of oak beamed ceilings. Now thoroughly refurbished with many modern conveniences including air conditioning in all bedrooms the accommodation offers:

* Main entrance into the open plan living/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD, seating and dining area with a log burning stove.

* Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob/electric oven and fridge freezer.

* Shower room.

* Washing machine on the rear terrace.

* Stairs lead up to the landing area with seating, TV and PlayStation 2. 

* Master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms share one full family bath/shower room - from these rooms are beautiful views.  Note; Air conditioning is on 10 hours per day from 1800 - 0600.....to change these hours please contact our office at time of booking.

Spacious well maintained lawned areas surround the 11m long swimming pool with corner steps and comfortable sun loungers adorning the ample sun terraces.

Enjoy the mature gardens with many colourful shrubs, sweet smelling herbs and citrus fruit trees.

Within the gardens, mature pine trees fill the air with scented pine, listen to the many birds singing and see the exotic butterflies.

To the rear of the house is a cooling shower and a delightful "chill out" covered terrace - ideal for lazy afternoon siestas.

After a "hard day" relaxing by the pool, why don't you enjoy a freshly cooked evening BBQ on the covered dining terrace.


Please note - we recommend only smaller vehicles are suitable for this property, because the lanes are quite narrow leading up to C'an Picassa.

The Balearic Islands region

The cosmopolitan town of Santanyi with its bustling street markets, charming Cas Concos and conveniently located s'Horta each providing the basis for some of the finest villas on the island.  In the North of the island, Pollenca, Campanet and Buger have the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, with its myriad of little villages nestling between its peaks.  Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients.  As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.


Pollença is without doubt one of the most attractive municipalities of the Island. It was one of the areas where tourism first started, being the preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of the century. Pollença is full of contrasts because a large part of the "Serra de Tramuntana” is situated within its municipality. With its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea merges with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees. Here the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are many art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, the most famous of which takes place in the Santo Domingo Cloister between July and September. Apart from the old town, the municipality of Pollença is also home to two coastal towns, the Port Of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.

"Beautiful location, peace and quiet"

Lovely location and house full of character. Near Pollenca and Port for shops, restaurants. Difficult to get car up narrow, steep roads. Super pool with views down the valley and a large patio for eating outside. Would return each year.
