Property has a modern, contemporary style but with all the home comforts expected. Surrounded by Olive Trees, Grapefruit Groves, Pommegranite and Fig Trees and open farmland with views over the tree tops to the sea .Private garden to side and rear.

Outside dining area with garden lighting for after dark and al fresco dining. Outback Gas BBQ. Rear and Side Garden to allow for sunshine or shade - whatever you want! Although a first floor apartment, the property is built into the hillside behind providing gardens to the rear and side of the property, looking down into the courtyard directly below.The complex is very quiet overall but in the courtyard, where our properties are located, adjacent to the grapefruit and olive groves with views beyond to the sea, it is particularly quiet as there is no through-road or pedestrian way here.

Although the majority of our guests are couples and/or of retirement age, families are welcome providing they are aware of the location of the property and that the complex does not provide family amusements (as some other complexes may do).

Communal Swimming Pool one depth throughout (1.43m) - no shallow end. Please note that the communal Swimming Pool is currently open and in use and has been granted the new Operation Licence now required by the Cyprus Government. However, owing to on-going legislation and re-classification being determined by the Government there is always the possibility that they may ask all swimming pools to close at any point in the future while they determine what further changes need to be enforced in Cyprus. Any swimming pool closure may be without notice and beyond our control.

The Paphos District

Only 25 minutes from Polis where Paphos provides the choice of larger shops, Paphos Shopping Mall and department stores for shopping.

We always say that Cyprus is a fabulous island to explore but when you return to Polis you will know that you have chosen the best place to stay! Not sure if you are familiar with the Lake District in the UK, but Polis reminds us very much of there with mountains and forests and plenty of nature at hand, encouraging walking, rambling, bird watching, cycling etc. but with constant sunshine and the Mediterranean too which provides boating, skiing, sunset cruises and BBQs.

Polis

Being only 2.5 hours from Nicosia, 2 hours from the Troodos, 1.5 hours from Limassol and only 25 minutes from Paphos, you are never too far away for exploring or trips away but having the luxury to return to Polis. The only Motorway/Highway in Cyprus (actually a Dual Carriageway) starts in Paphos and goes straight through to Agia Napa, passing through Limassol, Larnaca and Nicosia en route, so easy enough to get about the island.

Located in the National Park and Paphos Forest on the Akamas Peninsula close to Baths of Aphrodite. Good area for walking, cycling, sea and fresh water fishing, bird watching or just taking it easy. Few local supermarkets, bakers, patisseries, butchers for provisions plus banks, chemists, opticians, travel/estate agents as required. Entertainment consists of select few Cypriot restaurants/cafe bars in Polis and Polis Square or harbour side restaurants in nearby Latchi, all in quieter district of Cyprus.

Polis Village 5 minutes walk and Polis Beach a further 10 minutes walk. Purpose built walkway adjacent to the beach connects Polis Beach and Latchi Harbour & Marina or 5 minutes by car. Still very much a year-round residential area, Polis never closes and will never be found to be too busy although August is very popular with fellow Cypriots and Greeks taking their own annual holidays so the only time you might find more than one car on the road!

The local villages hold their Festivals between August and September and everyone is made to feel most welcome to their feast under the stars. There is also an annual Jazz Festival held in nearby Pomos.
