Description

The apartment is in a quiet area of Polis town with views of the nearby countryside, within 10 minutes walking distance of the town centre where there are an assortment of shops, bars and restaurants etc.

Latchi is only 10 minutes away by car and there you will find excellent seafood restaurants overlooking the pretty marina, watersports and boat hire is readily available and for the less energetic there are pleasure boats with crew for those relaxing trips.

For golfers there are 3 courses within a 50 minute drive and on the outskirts of Paphos there is a driving range which is open all year round, there are plans for a golf course in Polis but no date for final completion as yet

Getting around

A car is recommended if you want to explore further afield, this can be arranged prior to your holiday with any rental company or there is a local car hire company near Latchi. There is also a bus service to Paphos which is very popular with visitors who do not want to hire a car.

Near holiday time I will contact you with the code for the key safe which is outside the door to the apartment. I will also send the WiFi code if required. Inside the apartment there are booklets and information about the Island & places to visit. Please be aware that some leaflets quote prices which may have changed.

“Wonderful Polis Gardens...”

We've just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks in Polis, made all the more enjoyable by our stay in this spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment, which had a large private balcony overlooking the pool. The location of this very attractive complex is a comfortable distance away from the 'old town', which was ideal for us. An amazing pool and surrounding paved area was very well maintained and relaxing. Not only were we thrilled with the apartment, but the hand-over from the owner, which included detailed instructions of our route from the airport (including a road map) and useful recommendations for beaches, villages and restaurants, all of which we made the most of. My husband and I would highly recommend this apartment, we had a wonderful holiday, which was made so easy for us and we plan to return to Polis with this apartment at the top of our 'wish list'.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
