The residence - finely renovated with characteristic barrel vaults and visible tuff - is split up in two floors and is made up of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and facilities. Proud of this place is the wonderful property terrace, with a partially covered structure which allows enjoying the proper relax surrounded by greenery in complete privacy.
The kitchen is bound to terrace so it's possible to lunch outside.
The apartment is situated 50 metres from the main public square, and only hundreds metres from the sea and from the narrow streets of the old town with its breathtaking terraces on a sheer drop to the sea.
Its position just outside the old town allows an easy reach of the apartment by car which can be parked nearby with no limitation.

Polignano a Mare is just few kilometres away from the extensive golden beaches of the close Monopoli, and not far from the unmissable Castellana caves, the “Trulli of Alberobello", the narrow streets of the white Ostuni, the wonderful old town of Bari.

“Beautiful apartment and excellent location”
This apartment is very centrally located; just five mins walk from sea views and the promenade, with lots of lovely restaurants very minutes. This is a beautiful old building, lovingly restored, and the apartment is spotlessly maintained.
