Located in a dominantt position, overloooking the well-kmown Polignano a Mare and its wonderful sea,this charming villa is immersed in a Mediterranean style garden and boasts a scenic pool. Tastefully renovated, consists of one trullo and 2 annexes, 2 double bedrooms, lounge with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, large kitchen and living room overlooking the veranda. Sleeping places 6, TV, internet access, stereo, CD. Wood pergola with table and chairs and a relaxation area with sofa.

In the garden area with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Outside there’s a shower to serve the swimming pool with solarium and sun beds. On the back of the house laundry room with shower. In the pool there are hydromassage jets to have the best kind of relax!

In the garden there is a wooden pergola with tables and chairs, as well as a relaxation area with sofas. There is an outdoors kitchen with barbecue, and the pool has an outdoors shower, sun loungers and umbrellas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
