Mt. Maplewood Lodge is a private, rustic lodge with a boutique hotel feel. This reduced 3 bedroom/1 bath - sleeps 6 in beds. 1 King, 2 Queens + HOT TUB!

The Mt. Maplewood Lodge is an amazing 1800 square foot 3 bedroom home on 1 acre, a huge wraparound deck, central air, covered hot tub, pool table, and multiple televisions.

The massive front deck overlooks the heavily wooded property; you may even hear the on-site stream rippling in the background. There is a separate downstairs Rec room with a pool table and large flat screen television.

EXPERIENCE - Mt. Maplewood Lodge: Add-Ons

Please ask about our new programs! They include: Fill Your Fridge (food shopping), a Private Chef (curated meals or group cooking class), Massage Therapy (+ Spa Packages) and soon to come Yoga/Pilates/Sports Stretch classes.

- All Guests must be at least 25 years of age, unless accompanied by their parents/guardians.

- Certain PETS are allowed with prior APPROVAL of what type, age and how many. We allow for up to two (2) house-trained pets maximum, for an additional fee per pet upon approval of the owner.

- CSA Travel Protection available at propertydamageprotection.

- HOA quiet hours after 10pm for a serene experience. Please read rules, regulations and lease for signing.

Cleaning Fee includes: FULL emptying of Hot Tub, washing out and refill with fresh, clean water. Interior cleaning and quick check-in/out procedures to ensure prompt return of your security deposit.

You have the option to purchase CSA Property Damage Protection, please inquire.

Check In/Out time can be flexible, depending if the home is rented before / after you.

NEW: We provide K-Cups, napkins, dish/laundry detergents, and we use Ginger Lily Farms Botanical products for shampoo, conditioner & body soap.

Lodge Reduced Retreat Beds: (1 King, 2 Queens).

YOU NEED TO BRING (or rent) YOUR OWN SHEETS, PILLOW CASES AND TOWELS. Mattress pads, pillows, pillow protectors, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels & napkins are provided. We can provide linens as an option for $125 + taxes, if they are not included in your rental. Our guests have asked this be kept optional.

AMENITY BADGES: (optional)

Please note in the summer months (Memorial Day - Labor Day) the amenity badges are an additional $135-$350 plus additional fees for some guests. Contact to discuss it in more detail. Amenity Rates are subject to change.

* There are extra fees for each pet (max: 2 - $25/day per pet ).

* Holiday Weekends 3+ days & Summer Rentals require a 6 day or more stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
