Kitchen area fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Shower room: with shower and WC. Outside: enclosed patio area (please just note that the fence is relatively open at the front) with garden furniture, BBQ, and countryside views. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, electric, electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: pub and village shop 3 miles.
