Tastefully decorated fully equipped self contained apartment, consisting of large spacious bedroom with king size bed, Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave and fridge, Lounge area with TV. Newly refurbished Shower room. Patio doors leading out to a lovely private patio area with table and chairs,
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with on site private parking, walking distance to The Moors, College of St Marks, Derriford hospital, Tesco superstore and Park and ride to Plymouth City Centre, also on main bus route to Tavistock.
There are a choice of local pubs within walking distance offering great food.
Great location for walking and city breaks. We also have fantastic cycle tracks and routes.

“Comfortable and friendly”
I stayed here for 2 months, easy access into Plymouth and to Dartmoor. Quiet and secluded apartment with good parking. Apartment very comfortable and well equipped, information on apartment and local amenties provided in a pack and welcome goodies in the fridge was a nice touch. The Patricia & Steve are very friendly and helpful, a joy to have as neighbours. I will definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights just for a bit of R&R - this little apartment is absolutely perfect, a proper home away from home with everything you need. The hosts, Patricia and Steve are the loveliest people and really think of the little things. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the summer :). we were overwhelmed with the apartment . we have never stayed anywhere which gives so much . Patricia and Steve are giving a hotel service in a self catering apartment . the apartment was so well equipped and was beautiful too . personel touches like changing towels every day and the bedding changed once a week. on coming home every evening a lamp had been put on and heating which was welcome after a busy day sightseeing . a welcome pack on our arrival ie bread milk tea coffee jams juice and much more . we thankyou Patricia and Steve for a great stay and wish you every success in your venture . we will be telling everybody about your apartment . “A relaxing location in close proximity to Plymouth, Dartmoor and Cornwall”
Patricia and Steve were excellent hosts and tried to balance their guests' needs for privacy and the need to inform them about the area and opportunities to visit and explore. The studio apartment is well set up and equipped and is located in a quiet cul de sac just a short distance from the Tavistock Road...the main road from Plymouth to Tavistock and Dartmoor.

“Comfortable, quiet, welcoming and well located in a lovely area.”
We found the apartment comfortable, well laid out, clean and quiet. Not only milk, tea & coffee were provided but also bread, butter and jam/marmalade, juice and even wine and chocolates, and the bathroom was lavishly provided with lotions, cleansers, shampoos etc. Unusually, the apartment is serviced: fresh towels appeared with luxurious frequency. The bed was big and comfortable, though our personal taste would be for a slightly firmer mattress. Steve and Patricia were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and provided great local information and advice. There is masses to do and see in the area, and the apartment is well located to get to it. In a sunny September week we walked on Dartmoor and on the coast path; cycled (hire cycles £15/day at Plympton) up the beautiful Plym valley on the old rail line (it would also be great to walk the paths); visited National Trust property Cotehele, with a lovely house and garden, restored mill and small quay; explored historic Plymouth (the Park & Ride is within walking distance of the apartment), and had a wonderful fish lunch at Rockfish, recommended by Steve; and visited the lovely town of Tavistock (Liaison, by the church, was good for light lunch/tea & cake), which has a good market and great cheese shop. There were supermarkets conveniently close: Tesco superstore, Lidl, M&S food store. We would have loved more time and would happily go back.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

- How do I edit my booking?
You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patricia (the owner) a message.
If Patricia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
