A modern and comfortable lodging for 6 people (functional and fully equipped) Rare in Brittany: Total full foot in a popular tourist area but quiet Close (300m) of the Ria ETEL, the coastal path, the old port and its Traditional fisherman's houses, his small family beach (large dune beaches 3km) the Ria is an exceptional preserved natural site at the mouth of the River of ETEL and sea (in the largest dune site of Britain that goes GAVRES in QUIBERON) closed and quiet garden with two sun terraces. (West and South) The house is of type 5 in PMR (disabled access) and can accommodate 2 couples or a family of 2 or 3 generations as can be divided into 2 units completely autonomous at any time to adapt to every lifestyle.
