Located namely "on the beach” of Melinta small fishing village, "Melinda Holiday House" is situated in a 2.600 square meters private olive grove. This family-run seaside property has a fully magnificent large veranda with sea and countryside views and a garden with direct immediate access to the long and unspoilt beach.

The 100 square meters house is a newly built, comfort and pleasant place. Ideal for families with children of all ages and groups of friends, it has three bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms with shower, a fully-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, dining area and lounge with fire place and private parking. Facilities include air condition and ceiling fans, free wi-fi, beach parasols and sun beds, barbeque grill, dishwasher, washing machine. Your key to full relaxation and privacy by the sea with all your comfort.

Just 5 minutes walk from the house on the beach of Melinta to reach the traditional tavernas and cafes of the village, that will travel you back in time and away of the noisy touristic areas. Plomari, the third largest town of the island is 5km away and the summer well-known resort of the island, Agios Isidoros, is at a distance of 8 km.

How do damage deposits work?
