A comfortable one bedroom apartment, just off the famous Royal Mile. It sleeps 2/4 (sofa bed in living room). The living room has a Smart TV, Blu ray DVD player and free Wi fi. All linen and towels are provided.

There is a double bed in the bedroom. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep another two. It has a well equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided.

There is electric heating in the apartment,

You will be able to walk to all the major attractions very easily from the apartment. You are 15 minutes to St. Andrews Square Bus Station and 10 minutes from Waverly Train station. Edinburgh Airport is 7 miles away. The tram from the airport will take you to Princes Street. It will take you 15 minutes to walk from the Princes Street tram stop to the apartment.

You will need not need a car here as most places are within walking distance. There is parking on request.

The Scotland region

This is a fantastic location for visiting all the major tourist sites by foot. You will be in the City centre. The apartment is at the edge of the old town. You will be close to the Royal Mile and The Cannongate. The area has many convenience stores and lots of lovely cafes/restaurants.

Central Scotland/Strathclyde

The Pleasance is just off the royal mile and very close to Holyrood palace. The advantage here is that you will have access to all the tourist attractions as well as be able to walk to lovely local cafés and restaurants.
