Description

Our Very popular Apartment is located in the FULLY Naturist private Urbanisation of Bahia de Vera. Set in the picturesque area of Vera Playa, Almeria S/E Spain, We are offering a Self Catering Ground floor apartment, that has its own Large private garden and patio area.

The Apartment comprises of a Single fitted bedroom with a very comfortable Double bed, it has a large lounge dining Area, and a newly refurbished bathroom with bidet and Walk in shower, and the very well equipped Kitchen area has a washing machine and dishwasher as standard.,

The apartment is very comfortable and comfortably designed for two adults.

We also have installed private WiFi, so you can stream Movies to a laptop or similar device, and have UK TV channels fitted as a standard.

The Bahia de Vera Urbanisation is a very private and secure area. There is free secure car parking and temporary access to the apartment for unloading a car is available.

The Urbanisation has a large outdoor swimming pool and a covered indoor pool heated to a lovely 31 - 32°C through the winter months, a communal social room with library with free WiFi, and table tennis, There are award winning naturist sandy beaches located only a very short walk away from the complex.

There are also very excellent well priced restaurants, very lively bars and hosts of entertainment all around the urbanisation and a brand name supermarket, tobacconist, and a chemist and a recently built shopping complex to cater for your day to day essentials.

A cash-point (ATM) and a post box is also within the shopping complex

The weather is always comfortably warm for the whole year, and the apartment gets direct sunshine throughout most of the day.

There are hosts of attractions with wonderful history attached to them, quaint villages, shopping areas, Markets, stunning beaches, adult and family themed night-life, and local towns with lots of fun amenities should they be needed

We would always recommend booking as soon as you can, as we are very popular.

Getting around

We would always recommend hiring a car, however, there is an excellent bus service to all locations, that runs from the Consom Supermarket roundabout on a frequent basis, and more regular services operates through the summer season. (timetables are available in the apartment) Plus in the summer season Vera Playa has its own shuttle train that runs all along the urbanisation's to the popular tourist areas, bars and restaurants.

Interaction with guest

About a week before your arrival, we will contact you to arrange arrival times Etc, then upon your arrival, Either ourselves, or a member of our team will meet you at the urbanisation to let you in. You will be shown around, along with the main points of the apartment location of pools Etc, and give you your keys for all the facilities at the urbanisation. We will be available at all times, throughout your stay for any emergencies or problems, and are locally based should we be needed. replacement linens Etc will be discussed upon your arrival

House rules

1) As the apartment is situated in a residential urbanisation, we would request all noise and outside activities are kept to a minimum after 21.00 hrs to avoid nuisance to neighbouring properties.
2) Under rules of the urbanisation, No swimwear is to be worn in or around the pools area.
3) any apartment Damage MUST be reported ASAP to the apartment Manager so effective repairs can be carried out as quickly as possible.

We expected the best and got the best. The apartment was as usual perfect in every way and the new trolley bag was very useful. In addition the WI FI and TV Programme Unit was a great bonus.

“Excellent value apartment”

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. The site is well maintained and quiet. The 2 pools are very good and there is plenty of space to sit around the outdoor pool with good loungers. The beach is only a 5 minute walk as is a good supermarket Consum. The apartment has everything you need, tv with English channels, dvd player, full kitchen facilities, washing machine, good internet, safe and air conditioning. There is a pleasant patio area outside the apartment with table, chairs and loungers. We so enjoy our time there we have booked again for next year.

How do damage deposits work?
