We appreciate you looking at our studio apartment Estudio de playa located within the Natsun Complex in Vera Playa.

This 2nd floor Studio apartment is a luxurious simple open plan finish, but completed and renovated to our very high standards. The apartment is located in one of the most established naturist urbanisation’s in Vera Playa and is right next to the naturist beach.

Located on the 2nd floor, in one of the Natsun El-Cano Blocks and has Frontal beach and sea views, that are stunning, the early morning sunrise greets you from your balcony and remains till around midday ready for you to finish your breakfast, and get ready for your day ahead, exploring the beach and chiringuitos and topping up your all over tans at your leisure.

We’ve designed our open plan studio apartment to be the perfect place to unwind after a full day relaxing on the beach or exploring the surrounding areas around the playa

Our Apartment is designed for up to two people, and whilst simply set out, it is very well equipped for all your holidays and requirements.

It has a luxurious bathroom with walk in shower.

A living area with a sumptuous drop down bed with integral sofa and maximum storage space.

Integral Electronic Safe.

The kitchen area has a sink and New washing machine, oven/hob/ New Extractor, and a New microwave and Fridge Freezer

The Lounge section has been designed for your comfort and relaxation and includes the following essentials

Full H.D. TV

All utensils, toaster, kettle etc are included, as are linens and bedding.

Hair Dyer.

Beach towels are provided at the beginning of your stay for each booked guest.

UK TV, and free WiFi as standard for keeping in touch with your loved ones

New Dual hot and cold Air Conditioning for your comfort.

New large 80 Litre Hot water boiler.

Fabulous Sea and beach views of the Vera Playa beach.

(The views from your terrace balcony are truly breathtaking).

The newly Tiled and decorated balcony area is the perfect size for enjoying cosy alfresco meals, However, you can easily access the many Naturist beach tapas bars if you choose to eat out.

The urbanisation exit’s directly onto the beach so you can easily achieve your perfect all over tan, and with easy access to and from your apartment, returning for meals, or for drinks is never a problem.

Tapas bars, and excellent restaurants both on and off the beach are located only minutes walk away from your apartment.

(Its very easy to be spoiled with such a great choice).

There is also within easy walking distance, a supermarket for the essentials

The recently built Vera-Plaza shopping centre to tempt you into that special holiday purchase, and for the little emergencies, there is a chemist, and a cash point,

You also have the Aqua park which is a haven of water slides and activities only a few minutes walk away

Within only a few kilometres, are the towns of Palomares, Villaricos, Garrucha, and Mojacar, all with a varied night life and selections of shops, restaurants and places to visit.

Our Studio Apartment is strictly No Smoking And No Pets.

This apartment is also available for 3 night weekend Breaks (Subject to availability)

NOTE:

Our property is subject to the Spanish Royal Decree, and should be re-open after the coronavirus lock-down from the 11th May 2020. We should be available for 3 day breaks from that time (ONLY for The residents of Almeria, at this time) but to be re-assessed every 2 weeks. .

Communal areas within the urbanisation will not be open, (Both Pools, Recreation areas, Etc), However, various bars. restaurants and Café' s will be open for limited occupancy, again this is to be re-assessed every 2 weeks. .

And you must abide by the Royal Decree regulations regarding exercise and beach access.

Whilst we recommend a car for getting around, there is a very reliable bus service running between the local towns that increase their frequency as the season gets busier

We are based only a few minutes away from our apartments, and will meet you upon your arrival to give you your keys and show you around the complex and area. THE EL-CANO 2 URBANISATION DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN POOL AREA. However, If you requite this facility, we can arrange an adjacent pool facility upon your arrival (The Pool cost is €40.00 Euros total, and is payable to us on arrival)
