Description

This Lovely well equipped studio is on the 6th floor of Paraiso Del Sur with stunning sea views, and is located in the centre of town, it is only a five minute walk from the lovely beach.

Playa Paraiso is a lovely tranquil town, there are many bars and restaurants for you to enjoy, and the larger resorts are approx 15 minutes away by taxi.

The balcony is furnished with table, chairs and retractable blind for you to enjoy the stunning sea views, over a glass of wine or two.

The Studio has a large comunal pool and a childrens pool.

It is idealy located for many of the main attractions in Tenerife, that are only a short drive away, and there is a wonderful bus service to take you to the other towns for sight seeing or shopping at the many markets.

The studio has a well equipped kitchen, with lounge and dining area for 4 people.

.There are 2 twin beds and lounge seating for your comfort,. DVD and CD player if you decide to have the occasional evening in.

The bathroom has shower, wash hand basin and wc. Washing machine.

The balcony is furnished with table, 2 chairs and sunblind for you to relax and enjoy the beach and stunning sea views.

There Are excursión shops in Playa Paraiso where you can book up many trips, slight seeing, helicópter rides, diving, para gliding to ñame a few. You Will be spoilt for Choice.

“More than lived up to expectations”

An unusually designed and very spacious studio. Happy to endorse all the compliments paid in other reviews. All I can add is the fact that it was so enjoyable for me (a not-so-young asthmatic) to stay in accommodation so well maintained and cleaned that I had no allergy problems whatsoever. End result was a wonderful stay on my first visit to Tenerife. Asthmatics might also be interested in my trip advisor review (dated 18.1.19) of an apartment at El Marques in Lost Gigantes which I moved to at the end of my reserved stay here. .

“Just perfect”

This is my 3rd year staying at this apartment. It has all you need for the perfect relaxing holiday. The owners are just wonderful they meet you when you arrive to hand over keys & are local if you need them. The apartment is lovely & clean so is the building. Well maintained & pool kept lovely too Local supermarket just outside the gates. Lovely restaurants the Indian outside newly opened was lovely & the Italian at the top of the road was lovely as well. Food was good at both restaurants. The local English pub on the complex where you will find Lyn & Steve who will serve you up good hearty food You won’t be disappointed Local bus outside the hard rock hotel to las americas & Los Cristiano‘s as well as plenty of taxis outside the hard rock hotel. If you’re looking for a peaceful holiday this is the place to be. Can’t wait to go back.

“perfect”

sadly just left this apartment , had the best 10 days, met by owners who showed us around which was a lovely touch. big apt for a studio, everything you need is in it. The best bit of course is the view, you could sit there all day, sun gets on it about 3pm. Very quiet, lift right outside your door, no noisy neighbours when we were there. Pool is spotless, cleaned every day, not a lot of shade though. very tight security which makes you feel safe. there is a British bar above the pool which can look as if its closed. serves the best home made food at really cheap prices. highly recommend this apartment if you want a quiet peaceful holiday. thankyou Andrew and Joanne

“Wonderful”

This is my second visit at this apartment & just booked my third. If your looking for a relaxing & very clean apartment then this is the place for you. The apartment block is cleaned daily so is the pool with Security at the door. Local supermarket as fresh bread & pastries & all you need for self catering holiday. English pub just inside reception area Does lovely home cooked food daily. Owners Joanne & Andrew meet you on arrival to give you keys. Playa Paraiso is one of the quiet parts for a relaxing holiday. You have the Hard Rock hotel Opposite Which has a lovely rooftop terrace with bar worth going to.

“Great peacefully relaxing”

Accomadation clean and well equipped the Eldon Lyn and Steve still cook a great meal. Whilst Lee at The Brit gives us the same old welcome. Beach always clean. relaxing time for all

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
