Beachfront apartment of 60 square meters consisting of a bedroom with double bedroom (more a baby bed) and a safe, a lounge with 2 sofa beds 135x190 cm. and Satellite LCD TV 42", fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine, large terrace with breathtaking views of the island of La Gomera. Free Hi Speed WiFi in the apartment.

Located in the residential complex "Paraiso del Sur" (No. 802) in Playa Paraiso (Adeje - Tenerife), with private pool and sun terrace, Free WiFi in the lobby, security service 24 hours on 24. Direct access to the beach (walking distance 50 m). Public parking 300 m.

The apartment, newly renovated and furnished in a modern style is bright, cool and quiet and it is just 30 minutes away from Reina Sofia - South Airport and 15/20 minutes from Los Cristianos / Playa Las Americas.

Downstairs there is a taxi and bus stop for all directions and everything you need (bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, rental shop: bike, motorbike and cars, souvenir shops and internet cafè, travel agency as well as beautiful walks on the flowers and well-kept seaside with cliffs, coves, bays, beaches, natural pools and salt lakes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorenzo (the owner) a message.

If Lorenzo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
